OSAT Secondary Principal Specialty Exam
The Certification Examinations for Oklahoma Educators or CEOE program is a contemporary teacher assessment program that examines the general, professional, and subject education of an entry-level educator. It ensures that all candidates seeking certification in Oklahoma, have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform in Oklahoma public schools and at the same time is in line with Oklahoma and National standards. The CEOE administers the Oklahoma General Education Test or OGET, Oklahoma Professional Teaching Examination or OPTE, and finally, the Oklahoma Subject Area Tests or OSAT test.

Educators just finishing their studies in Oklahoma and all around the USA can apply to take this test. After taking the OGET exam, one can apply online for taking the OSAT 047 exam. The test is administered all year, excluding Sundays and holidays. Dates and seats at testing sites are all available for checking online on the testing site. All tests can be taken around Oklahoma and the USA, these are called CBT sites.

Format of OSAT Secondary Principal Specialty Exam
The OSAT Secondary Principal Comprehensive Assessment is a timed test and can last up to 4 hours and 15 minutes. The first fifteen minutes are reserved for a short CBT tutorial. After that, the test can be taken for up to four hours. This time is meant for the 50 selected responses and multiple-choice questions. At the end of the test, two questions that are of different type, or constructed-response assignments. Potential test takers would need to prepare for all 52 questions. No extra reference materials are needed for taking this test. This means the test comes with:
- 52 questions
- timed up to 4 hours and 15 minutes
How To Apply for OSAT Secondary Principal Specialty Exam
After taking the OGET, an entry-level teacher next needs to apply online for taking their OSAT Exam of choice. They can do so by applying online and paying a fee, which costs all together $155. $100 costs the test-taking fee, $25 for the CBT facility, and $30 as a registration processing fee. The fee is not refundable. After paying the fee, the candidate is eligible to take the OSAT 047 test.
Scores for OSAT Secondary Principal Specialty Exam
After finishing the test, one might wonder what score they need to pass it, and where to find their results. All results are available after testing online, test and score dates are visible and will be handed out on a certain schedule. A passing score is considered everything above 240 points.
