In addition to a good study schedule, remembering a few steps can help you choose the correct answer in your exam. Here are a few tips that can make multiple choice exams an easy nut to crack. These are no hard and fast rules but are simple tips from experts that may help you do better in multiple choice exams.

Read and Read Again: Thorough reading of the question is quite important. This way you will have a clear understanding of what the question is exactly saying. Not reading the question is the most common error that students commit in a multiple choice exam. One should read a question at least twice.

Go through All the Choices: Going through all the choices is a s important as reading the question. Dont leave the choices unread thinking that you have already found the answer. Sometimes two or all choice seems to be similar and very close to the exact answer.

Apply Common Sense: There can be some questions that you may not know. Dont leave these questions unanswered. Apply simple logic and common sense to get to the answer.

True and False Technique: Some questions in the exam may give you a hard time. In such cases, you should try and rephrase the options as true and false questions. This will help you in reaching to correct answer.

Keep Things in Order: Answer the questions in the order that they appear in the examination. In case you jump from one question to another in a haphazard manner you are likely to miss out on some questions. This way you may leave a question that you know unanswered.

Guess Work: Some amount of guess work is of no harm. It is a no gain no loss situation. The best part is that your guess may work and you may get the question right. So never leave any question unanswered in a multiple choice exam.
